Members of the audience will be provided an opportunity to speak at the meeting. A recording is made of the proceedings; therefore, it is requested that presentations be limited to five minutes, and that members of the audience identify themselves, give their address, and state their point as briefly as possible when addressing the Committee. Individuals with disabilities who plan to attend MPO meetings and who may need auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact the City of Victoria Development Services Department at (361)485-3360.
